Carlos has a great attitude to work and the project, if a task needs to be completed Carlos will succeed to completion and will ensure that if others need to input to the solution they are on the same timescale to get the task completed.
Carlos also maintains a high quality standard towards the project, with his Architectural background this seems to come naturally to him. This is a excellent quality to have and will assist him towards a PM role. Carlos is very dedicated to his work, the project and Acciona.
I agree with Mikes comments. Carlos has always impressed with his attitude and abilities and is an excellent representative of AIC who is ready to assume greater responsibilities.
